  • No. I am not a therapist, psychologist, grief counselor, or trauma expert — and I never present myself as one. I am a woman who has spent years investing in personal growth, energetic work, and understanding herself. I am still doing that work. I don't have all of your answers. What I can do is help you start asking yourself better questions. If you are in crisis please seek professional support.

  • Yes — completely. The program is fully digital. Calls are held live and recorded for replay. The workbook, Blueprint, community, and all teachings are accessible from anywhere in the world.

  • Every call is recorded and available in the community shortly after. You will never miss the content. Showing up live when you can adds to the energy — but life happens and replays are always there.

  • Not at all. You don't need any prior knowledge. All you need is your birth date, time, and location. Your Grief Blueprint will be pulled and explained for you personally before Week One begins.
